Develping and Managing a Successful Technology and Product Strategy

Here's an outline of last week's class that combines the flow of the presentation material with my notes. I intend to use this a quick reference and refresher as I start to apply these concepts here at Synplicity. I hope you find this useful. Thanks to Prof. Henderson for agreeing to let me share this with you.

Already making waves

Has anyone else been able to use info from the course yet?

Yesterday, I met with a consultant hired to evaluate one of my main client's internal processes and strategies. We had been developing a set of new best practices over the past few months so this was at the center of our conversation. I pulled out examples and concepts from the course to reinforce what we had underway and referenced things, like the proverbial "Project 26."
I'm heading up to Boston for another course in a couple of weeks. I hope it is as relevant and effective.
